• If you are a female, your makeup should be good quality. While this is an area you may be tempted to save on and buy inexpensive makeup, you shouldn’t.  Buying cheap makeup can give you acne or a rash, as well as cause dry skin. It is more acceptable to save money on mascara, eye shadow and eyeliners, but your foundation, blush, concealer and bronzer should be top quality. Your face is what everyone sees first, and you’ll want to make sure that you put your best face forward.
• Visit thrift stores. You may have dismissed them before, but vintage is the fad right now and you can find some great clothes that will make you look high fashion for cheap. Granted, you’ll have to sort through tons of stuff, but you’ll be able to find clothes and accessories that will give you that high fashion look.  Cheap belts and cheap ties are better found online at a quality retailer to ensure that they will last.

Don’t settle for second best when it comes to your fashion.  By spending less on accessories like ties and belts, you’ll have more to spend on the other things.
